The Patong Biergarten, the largest beer garden at Patong Beach, is attached to the hotel. It is modeled after the beer gardens found in Austria. Unlike beer gardens found in other parts of the world, where the emphasis is on simple food and drink, the Patong Biergarten offers an extensive menu, featuring full course meals, the best cuts of meat and the freshest of local seafood, including live lobsters which you may select from our large glass tanks.

Many fine wines, bottled beers and draught beer from Europe, as well as local beers are offered, as are exotic tropical cocktails. Austrian, German, Italian and Thai cuisines are featured. The Patong Biergarten is very popular with visitors from Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Scandinavia and other parts of Europe, attesting to the quality of the food and service.

My long-time friend Robert, a trained and experienced chef from Austria, has supervised the food preparation and service at the Patong Biergarten since 1994, assuring that everything we offer meets the highest European standards. He oversees a staff of 70 employees.

Our new beach restaurant, "PLA BEACH & Restaurant", on Surin Beach offer just about everything you need for a perfect day in paradise. A wonderful sandy beach with crystal clear water, a private swimming platform with 125 meter long pier, water-sport-activities, very comfortable sun-chairs with fresh towels and certainly Austrian & Thai cuisine plus plenty of sea-food. 

We further offer clean toilets, multiple showers, free internet access and free shuttle-service for our K-Hotel customers from Patong Beach to Surin Beach and back.
